This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on merchcomp.com, operated by All Frontier Health Fitness Nutrition Global.

Processing / production time

Because every item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Custom "design your own" orders may take toward the higher end of this range.

Domestic delivery (India)

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipped via reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, or India Post).
A tracking link is shared by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

International delivery

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipped via international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or India Post).
Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are levied by the destination country and are payable by the customer. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown on the store.

Delays, wrong address & RTO

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by couriers, weather, customs, or peak periods. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate — orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery (RTO) may incur re-shipping charges.
