These Terms & Conditions govern your use of merchcomp.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. The Store is owned and operated by All Frontier Health Fitness Nutrition Global ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & made-to-order nature

We sell custom-printed and ready-made merchandise. Most products are manufactured on demand after you order. Product images, mock-ups and studio previews are representations; slight variations in colour, placement and finish are normal for printed goods.

2. Pricing, taxes & payment

Prices are in INR (charged in the transaction currency for international orders) and are inclusive of GST unless stated. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your full card details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. See our Pricing page.

3. Your content & intellectual property

When you upload artwork, text, images or logos to design a product, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property, publicity or other rights.
You grant us a limited licence to reproduce your content solely to produce and fulfil your order.
You agree to indemnify All Frontier Health Fitness Nutrition Global against any claim arising from content you supply.

4. Prohibited content

You may not create or order products bearing content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes others' rights. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates this clause and will refund it where production has not begun.

5. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith by contacting us at philojain@gmail.com; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana, India.
